POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Do you want to join a team passionate about real estate and people? Look no further! The successful candidate will actively contribute to apartment leasing, maintaining excellent customer service, and achieving building occupancy targets. The two other buildings are Le Teck A & B - Laval and Vita I & B - Laval. Vita II - Saint-Laurent

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
• Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
• Follow up with clients
• Greet visitors
• Maintain the different registers
• Make appointments
• Manage customer inquiries
• Produce required reports
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Rent out vacant apartments in the building
• Update different administrative forms and documents

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
• Ease in the use of computer tools
• Bilingualism both oral and written
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
• A working knowledge of real estate management
• A working knowledge of real estate (an asset)
• Experience in sales
• A mastery of Quebec laws governing rental properties
