LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver person-centered nursing care to older adults and medically complex residents, focusing on dignity, safety, and whole-person wellbeing. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, wound care, documentation in EHR, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
