SuccessMetrics is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–4 years of hands‑on experience developing and configuring applications on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate is PD1, Admin, and App Builder certified, with working knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio. Consultant certifications in any of the Salesforce Clouds are highly preferred.
You will collaborate with architects, business analysts, and product owners to build scalable, maintainable solutions that enhance business processes and user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple Salesforce orgs in public sector and nonprofit engagements and grow into a senior technical role.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows
Build and manage OmniStudio components: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors
Implement features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on project needs
Translate business requirements into technical solutions under the guidance of architects
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Develop unit tests and ensure code follows Salesforce best practices and performance guidelines
Assist with data migration tasks and manage data using Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team collaboration sessions
Create and maintain clear documentation for implemented solutions
Required Qualifications
3–4 years of Salesforce development experience with real‑world project delivery
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, and App Builder certifications (Required)
At least one Salesforce Consultant certification (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Hands‑on experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures)
Familiarity with Version Control (Git), Salesforce CLI, and DevOps workflows
Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid, fast‑paced, Agile environment
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions to business users
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or Nonprofit Cloud
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, or other DevOps tools
Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing settings, and field-level access
Experience with Experience Cloud site customization and dynamic page layouts
