Responsibilities Build and fine-tune models (ViTs, VLMs, multimodal encoders) to evaluate generative content. Leverage human feedback data to train robust evaluation and reward models. Deploy models as real-time services and collaborate with product/research teams. Required Skills Wireframing Figma Teamwork Preferred Qualifications: MS/PhD in CS, EE, Applied Math, or equivalent; strong ML/DL knowledge; Python & PyTorch; prior exposure to vision-language models is a plus. Required Qualifications: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, Operations Research, Econometrics or equivalent
