Sr. Testing and Optimization Consultant is responsible for: Delivering incremental revenue goals through testing initiatives Developing marketing A/B testing roadmap Aligning leadership and cross-functional teams on key objectives and priorities Establishing and enforcing testing process Improving business performance metrics by focusing on the most impactful areas Communicating test results and providing recommendations Creating a positive testing culture throughout e-commerce Educating the organization on A/B testing Outlining future business needs and new capabilities Supporting digital and enterprise initiatives Delivering customer insights and actionable learnings through testing Responsibilities: Deliver incremental revenue through A/B testing Develop and execute the marketing testing roadmap Establish and enforce a solid testing process Create a positive testing culture within the organization Deliver customer insights and actionable learning through testing Communicate test results and provide recommendations Support digital and enterprise initiatives Improve business metrics by focusing testing efforts on the most impactful areas Experience in statistical analysis Experience working with behavioral and online media data sources Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Spotfire Drive innovation and actionable results Prioritize ideas and features with significant impact and value Design experiments and test hypotheses Qualifications USC or GC only.
