Reservation Ads
Auction Ads
Content Ads
What You’ll Do
Craft next‑gen monetization products that boost user engagement and revenue.
Help develop a large‑scale Ads system for maximum reach.
Develop and iterate on Ads algorithms using cutting‑edge Machine Learning.
Leverage NLP and CV to understand content and build taxonomies.
Contribute to the company’s rapid growth with speed and quality.
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have
A bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or a related field (3+ years of experience required).
Top‑notch skills in programming, debugging, and optimization (Go, C/C++, Python).
A strong problem‑solving mind with clear communication skills.
Experience with Machine Learning, data mining, data analysis, and distributed systems.
A solid understanding of brand ads, content ads, auctions, bidding, ranking, and ad forecasting (one or more preferred).
Experience with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, ranking/recommendation systems, backend development, large‑scale systems, and data science (one or more preferred).
A keen product sense with experience in designing and implementing features.
