About the Role We are working with a forward-thinking health and social care organisation to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical digital transformation programme. This role will take ownership of the selection, migration and implementation of a core care recording and scheduling system, a key platform underpinning frontline service delivery. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the right solution is selected, successfully implemented, and optimised to support high-quality, efficient care services. Reporting into senior Digital & Data leadership, youll work across operational, digital and care stakeholders to deliver a system that directly improves outcomes for both staff and service users.
