Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort Receive and provide shift reports regarding resident conditions and care plans Conduct rounds and monitor residents for changes in condition, injuries, illnesses, or other concerns Document resident observations and assessments in accordance with facility policies and procedures Promptly communicate changes in resident status or care needs to nursing staff Assist with direct resident care and ensure timely response to call lights Support a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for residents Foster positive working relationships with residents, families, physicians, coworkers, and other departments Adhere to all facility policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License required Current state license must be active and in good standing Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, or patient care experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
Preferred Experience
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) settings Familiarity with resident-centered care practices Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work assignments
Assignment Details
