Assist in cleaning up, correcting, and maintaining contracts and sales orders within SAP Prepare quotes, contracts, and sales documentation for the sales support team Maintain and update sales records, CRM/SAP databases, and internal tracking systems Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely, professional manner Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback Liaise with departments such as finance, logistics, and marketing to facilitate sales operations
Required Qualifications
13 years of administrative or sales support experience Proficiency in SAP (required); prior experience with contract management in SAP preferred Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration Ability to work core EST hours (9 AM5 PM) with some schedule flexibility
