Assist sales representatives by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales orders. Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM (SAP) systems. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner. Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfillment with relevant departments. Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups. Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing accurate and up-to-date information. Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, marketing) to facilitate sales activities. Assist in organizing sales events or promotional campaigns as needed.
Qualification:
Assist in cleaning up and correcting contracts in SAP for Sales Support Team. Previous work in SAP is preferred. Attention to detail and communication with other team members is a must. Skills in Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and SAP is needed. Assists the sales support team by providing daily administrative support and other tasks as assigned.
