Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, particularly those in memory care or hospice settings.
Assist with mobility by helping patients lift or move safely within their environment.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
Document patient information accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and address any urgent needs.
