The Nursing Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s). What Makes StoneBridge Unique? Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service. Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary. Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications and Skills
Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
Must be 16 years of age or older Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator Background and experience in shared decision-making processes
