Lead Cook

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Lead Cook to support our mission-driven Food & Beverage Operations in a healthcare setting. The Lead Cook oversees daily production of nutritious, great-tasting meals for patients, staff, and visitors, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to dietary guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining the highest food safety and sanitation standards, coordinating menus and production schedules, and managing inventory and waste. This on-site role is ideal for an experienced cook who is passionate about serving underserved communities and contributing to whole-person wellbeing in a collaborative, faith-inspired environment.
