*General Responsibility: *This position is responsible for our Business Intelligence Infrastructure including our Data Model. This includes build and maintenance, backup and recovery and security of HWR data assets. This position works closely with our Project Manager, Business Analysts, and our BI and Dynamics Vendors.
*Essential Functions:*
* Responsible for the overall architecture of agency databases
* Collaborate with system architects, business analysts and others to understand business or requirements
* Manage backup, restore and recovery processes
* Perform scheduled maintenance and support activities after hours

*REQUIREMENTS:*
*Education/Experience*
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
* Azure, DevOps or Data Engineer Certification preferred
* 2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure SQL Server and Azure Data Warehouse environment.
* 2 years of experience with building, deploying and troubleshooting Data Extraction and loading jobs using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
* 2 years of DevOps or other project management experience
* 5 years of experience in authoring and troubleshooting SQL queries, stored procedures and ETL processes
* Ability to work with large volumes of data from multiple sources
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to function effectively in a high demand environment
*Availability*
* Because this is a 24/7 Agency working after hours and on weekends is a requirement.
* Support for On Call staff is required.
*Physical*
This is medium work requiring the exertion of up to twenty (20) pounds of force occasionally; work requires sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, standing, fingering, grasping and repetitive motions; vocal communication; hearing, and visual acuity. Employee is not subject to adverse environmental conditions.
Pay: $93,000.00 - $133,000.00 per year
