Kitchen Tune-Up Houston Sugar Land Kitchen Tune-Up Houston Sugar Land is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and dependable team member to help support our fast-paced kitchen and bath remodeling company. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, loves helping people, thrives in an organized environment, and wants to grow with a company that values excellence, communication, and teamwork. We are a locally owned remodeling company backed by a national franchise system with more than 30 years of industry leadership. Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional remodeling experience and building trust with every homeowner we serve. What You'll Do This position combines administrative support, customer communication, inside sales support, and office coordination. Daily responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally and promptly Contact new leads quickly and schedule appointments Follow up with customers and maintain communication throughout projects Input and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system Prepare invoices, proposals, change orders, and project documents Coordinate schedules with subcontractors and vendors Track product orders and delivery timelines Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or missing items Assist with showroom organization and events Help prepare for home shows and marketing events Set up and assist with email campaigns in CRM software Pick up supplies locally when needed Support the team wherever needed to keep projects moving smoothly

Skills & Qualifications
Strong computer and smartphone proficiency Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities CRM experience is a plus Experience in customer service, administration, inside sales, or scheduling preferred Reliable transportation required
