ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at A&W in Pleasant Valley, WV. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Supervise and train staff members
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Manage inventory and control costs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent
