Type : Commission-Only Job Description We are looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our client base. This is a commission-only opportunity for a proactive and experienced sales professional who understands the US market and has a strong background in selling nearshore staffing solutions—or similar services.
Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients in the US market Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers at target companies Present and promote Bydrec’s nearshore staffing solutions Close new business deals and meet or exceed sales targets Collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction Requirements Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound sales role Prior experience selling nearshore staffing services to US clients is strongly preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively Compensation This is a commission-only role. Strong performers will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time position with competitive compensation.
