Inside Sales Representative - Phoenix Center

Shift - 7:00am - 4:00pm Sundays closed plus a day during week off (must be available Saturdays)

Base: $41,200

OTE: $80,000 $100,000+ (uncapped)

Top performers exceed $110K+

This is not a transactional sales roleit's a high-impact, consultative appointment closing environment where every conversation has the potential to change someone's confidence and quality of life.

You'll be working exclusively with high-intent inbound leadspeople actively seeking solutions. Your job is to guide, build trust, and bring them in for an in-person hair health consult.

We're looking for closers who want more than a jobthey want ownership of their number, control over their income, and a path to grow.

Full-cycle appointment setting responsibilityfrom first call through close

Converting high-intent inbound leads at a high rate

Building trust quickly through consultative, needs-based selling
