Leading a team of Sales Engineers in a remote full-time capacity, the Technical Sales Engineering Director will translate technical capabilities into business value, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive revenue and improve deal cycles. Key responsibilities
Lead the technical pre-sales function for mid-market and enterprise opportunities Improve win rates and sales cycle efficiency through technical excellence and support complex deals Build and develop a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, establishing best practices and coaching on technical and commercial skills
Required qualifications
10+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-Sales 3-5+ years of experience in a Director or senior leadership role Proficiency in hosting, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or developer-focused products Proven track record of influencing enterprise or complex deals Experience collaborating closely with Sales leadership in a revenue-driven environment
