Operates push pedal on equipment to install a variety of hardware into sheet metal. Tests and adjusts equipment under the guidance of management. Maintains high level of productivity and produces quality hardware installation. Able to identify equipment, production, or hardware issues. Performs some specialized tasks which may require on-the job training. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred qualifications include great eye-hand coordination, a team-oriented state of mind, and the ability to understand basic directions in English. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required. Benefits include health, dental/vision plans, 401k retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), and holiday pay. Physical demands require the ability to stand, walk, and lift for up to 8 hours daily. Vision abilities require close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth. Required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. continually. May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Moderately loud noise levels in plant environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Job type is full-time with an 8-hour shift, day shift, Monday to Friday.
