Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Help patients with eating, drinking, and medication management Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control guidelines Collaborate with other caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care

Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills
