Job Summary: Provide essential support to patients, healthcare staff, and physicians by accurately and courteously collecting laboratory specimens. Perform related laboratory duties with professionalism and competence. Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy in specimen collection and patient identification. Follow all regulatory agency guidelines and quality assurance/quality control protocols. Manage workload efficiently and address outstanding specimen reports. Assist with problem resolution and maintain productivity standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education and Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Completion of a phlebotomy training program or relevant post-medical training is required. At least one year of phlebotomy experience is preferred.
Work Shift: Fourth shift schedule, with part-time hours including 2 or 3 days per week and every fourth weekend. This position is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest United States.
