CNA/CMT- Part Time Salary Range $16.50 - $20.60 Hourly Description Join Our Team at Carroll Lutheran Village! We're currently seeking a dedicated Part-Time CNA/CMT to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. This position is 7:00am-3:00pm Monday, Friday and every other weekend. Apply now and come see the Difference! What You'll do as a CLV CNA/CMT:
Assist nursing staff with completion of senior resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care Perform vital signs on senior residents at beginning of each shift and as directed Complete required documentation in a timely manner Ensure the safety of our senior residents Assist with motivating senior residents to help keep them active and engaged
Qualifications Qualifications:
1-year experience or more is required Must hold a current CMT certification and CNA license Must possess a positive and professional attitude Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with senior residents Ability to listen attentively is essential A willingness to navigate changes in assignments Previous experience developing relationships and interacting with senior residents to increase their comfort level Prior knowledge organizing social activities for senior residents is a plus Current CPR Certification
