We are seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to enhance the well-being of our elderly residents. Position Highlights:
Assist with the administration and management of medications under supervision. Monitor and record vital signs, contributing to our residents' health monitoring. Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Foster a supportive environment, encouraging resident participation in scheduled activities and social engagements. Help maintain a pleasant living environment through light housekeeping duties and meal service assistance. What We Require:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. A positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with elderly populations. Physical endurance to stand for the majority of the shift. Why Join Us?
