Hospice Aide Providence at Home with Compassus Position Summary: As a Hospice Aide, your focus will be on helping patients with daily activities and providing personal care. AI-supported tools allow you to document key patient details efficiently, giving you more time to deliver compassionate, hands-on care. Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time. Work-Life Balance: Cut down on after-hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities. Enhanced Efficiency: Experience an easier transition to technology-driven workflows that simplify compliance with care standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitor basic health needs. Leverage documentation tools to track care provided and report patient conditions. Build trust with patients by maintaining focus on their needs.
Education and/or Experience
Certified Nursing Assistant required. 1 year experience as a CNA in hospice, home health settings preferred.
Compensation range: $21.10 - $29.08 The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities Compassus offers a comprehensive benefits package including, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and much more.
