Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Provide support with mobility and transfers as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure quality care. Follow all policies, procedures, and standards of care set by the facility and state regulations. Requirements
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Arkansas. Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
