We are seeking a candidate responsible for designing, implementing, and managing data solutions on the Azure platform within the Financial / Banking domain. Additional Information The salary varies based on location and other factors. For Weehawken, NJ, the salary range is $140k - $145k/year plus benefits. The Role Responsibilities:
Implement data strategies, design, develop, and maintain data pipelines in Azure. Automate data workflows for real-time and batch processing. Integrate data from various sources and synchronize with systems. Implement data quality checks, ensuring integrity and reliability. Build infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Azure/Power Platform Data technologies: Data Factory, Data Lake Storage, SQL Database, Synapse Analytics, Purview, etc. Azure Identity management skills: AKV, UAMI. ETL experience is mandatory. Knowledge of Big Data technologies like Spark and Pyspark. Experience applying data engineering principles in Agile environments. Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, TeamCity, Jenkins). Ability to collaborate with analysts and global teams to test trading applications.
Preferred but not required:
Adaptability to change, meeting deadlines. Continuous learning about business and technology processes. Innovation in data sharing processes. Strong communication skills and experience with distributed computing platforms.
