High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced administrative, receptionist, or client service role At least 6 months of experience in an emergency or specialty veterinary setting Prior experience using veterinary practice management software required Veterinary assistant experience is a plus Any suitable combination of experience or education may substitute for the above.
