Tenant Insights: Model tenant spend patterns, preferences, and price sensitivity to guide product design and positioning. Investment Strategy: Support acquisitions and development with predictive analytics and data-driven underwriting inputs. Portfolio Optimization: Improve occupancy, rent growth, and retention through advanced pricing and segmentation models. Capabilities
