Our client is a global leader in data storage and memory technologies, delivering innovative solutions that power cloud computing, AI, mobile devices, personal computing, and enterprise systems worldwide. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Marketing Business Data Analyst to support a large-scale Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiative. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, solving data quality challenges, and helping transform complex marketing information into structured datasets that drive business insights. You'll work closely with internal marketing teams, regional stakeholders, and external analytics partners to gather, organize, validate, and standardize marketing investment data used in advanced analytics and marketing measurement. What You'll Do
Collect marketing spend and campaign activity data from multiple sources Gather information from MDF systems, regional teams, and business stakeholders Clean, normalize, and standardize large datasets across varying formats and definitions Apply marketing taxonomies to categorize media investments by channel, tactic, audience, and other dimensions Break down high-level budget data into more detailed spend categories Identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies Maintain structured datasets for Marketing Mix Modeling and analytics initiatives Support recurring data refreshes and updates Document data sources, assumptions, business rules, and transformation logic Collaborate with analytics vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery Utilize AI and LLM tools to improve data cleansing, formatting, and organization processes What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
0–3 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, finance, business operations, or a related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Comfortable working with large, complex datasets Ability to follow structured processes and apply consistent logic Strong problem-solving and communication skills Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools to assist with data organization, cleansing, or analysis Preferred Qualifications
Internship or professional experience in analytics, marketing, finance, or business Exposure to marketing, advertising, media, or campaign performance data Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools Experience with data cleansing, transformation, or ETL-related processes Understanding of marketing measurement or Marketing Mix Modeling concepts Why This Role?
