Title: Sr. Data Analyst
Location: Shakopee, MN - Hybrid - Must be LOCAL
Duration: 9+ month contract
Interview: Video (but must be open for an ONSITE interview if requested)
Duration: 12+ months
LinkedIn Required.
Must have skills: Python, SQL, Excel, they want someone experienced working with ERP systems and quilting or order management platforms. Having AI experience is huge bonus.
Required Experience:
10-15+ years
of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or related roles.
Advanced SQL expertise (required).
Strong proficiency in
Excel
and
Python
for data analysis and automation.
Experience working with
ERP systems and quoting/order management platforms
Proven ability to work with messy, inconsistent datasets and derive actionable insights.
Experience identifying and quantifying financial or operational leakage.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Exposure to
AI-driven analytics
or automation.
Experience in manufacturing, custom production, or highly variable environments.
Background improving
data governance, reporting structures, or BI frameworks.
Strong collaboration skills and willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and downstream impacts.
