Serving as the technical bridge between prospective customers and internal teams, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will collaborate with Account Directors to evaluate the platform, design tailored solutions, and guide opportunities from discovery through implementation planning. Key responsibilities:
Partner with Account Directors to understand customer objectives and operational challenges throughout the sales cycle Lead discovery sessions and product demonstrations to help prospective customers assess the platform and services Collaborate with customers to define business requirements and design solutions that align with their strategic goals
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences Experience leading discovery sessions and solution design discussions with enterprise customers Strong communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders across multiple functions Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
