To achieve sales targets and enhance customer engagement, the full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representative will utilize consultative sales techniques to sell products and services, build customer relationships, and manage sales transactions in a dynamic remote environment. Key responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets by effectively selling products and services while articulating the company's advantages Employing consultative sales techniques to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions Enhancing customer engagement by transitioning inquiries into sales opportunities and educating customers on offerings
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years of relevant work experience Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary Demonstrated professionalism and integrity in customer communications Familiarity with sales processes and customer service protocols
