Responsibilities: At least 15 - 20 years' experience. Support of executive suite is a must. ServiceNow experience is a must. Some A/V support. Bi-lingual required. CompuCom Senior Executive Support Engineer ("Sr Desktop Engineer") will deliver: Break/Fix deskside software support, IMAC, and smart hands services to a mutually agreed group of end users designated as executives. The Sr Desktop Engineer provided to perform the services should possess experience supporting executives in a corporate campus environment. Training shift will be 9a - 6p but permanent shift will be 7a - 4p. Reliable transportation is a must. Qualifications: CompTIA A+ 5+ years of proven deskside support experience working in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution. Achieves SLA attainment rate of 90% or above. Extensive experience working with Windows 7/10 and Mac OS. Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently. Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and end users. Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large company. Experience supporting a conference room with familiarity in AV hardware/software. ServiceNow experience preferred. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
