Required Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in electrical controls design, in industrial automation or machinery Knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8 and AutoCAD Strong understanding of industrial control power components (circuit breakers, fuses, FLA calculations, SCCR calculations, etc.) Strong understanding of industrial control components (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, relays, etc.) Knowledge of industrial fieldbus Working knowledge of UL 508A, NFPA 79, and IEC standards Working knowledge of automation safety requirements Experience creating and managing BOMs Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and standards
Preferred Qualifications Experience designing control panels for custom machinery or automated systems Familiarity with ERP systems for BOM and document management Knowledge of panel layout optimization and wire routing best practices Exposure to international project requirements and CE marking UL MTR Certification
