Certified Nursing Assistant End of July start. Clinician(s) will be redirected if unable to start on July 28th. As a Certified Nursing Assistant you will better the lives of others by assisting our guests with daily ADL's. This includes showers, shaving, brushing teeth, hair care, and nail care. Must be able to ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics. Timekeeping: reverse invoicing (bi-weekly uploads). Overtime: billed at straight time (hourly rate). All hours billable including orientation. Pay period: 11p Sunday to following Sunday at 10:59p. Please note there is no public transportation. All travelers must have their own vehicle or a rental. Travel experience/FTE experience in winter weather conditions is strongly encouraged as those who may not have worked or commuted in winter weather can be difficult. Facility will contact clinicians directly to discuss the interview. After X number of multiple attempts of trying to reach the clinician, the facility will decline therefore, it's imperative that clinicians are available, or return VMs at earliest convenience. Submission Requirements End of July start. Clinician(s) will be redirected if unable to start on July 28th.
Minimum of 5 years of current/recent CNA experience -- if not, clinician will be redirected Travel contract experience Must have own vehicle or rental. --- Please note there is no public transportation. --- Agency MUST be able to schedule MI Fingerprints.

About the Facility Per the client specific exhibit; Gogebic reserves the option to charge the agency for failure to notify attendance discrepancies within 2 hours for AM start of shift and 3 hours for PM start of shift. Notice of shift cancellation given lesser than the amounts stated are subject to full refund of shift. No Call No Shows are subject to full refund of shift. In addition; late arrival of 30 minutes of shift lesser than the amounts stated can carry a 2 hour refund. Any arrival of 1 or more hours late to a shift is considered a no-arrival. They need to punch in and they can punch in UP TO 7 minutes early, but they can not punch after the fact or they will be tardy. Also, they can punch out up to 7 minutes after the end of their shift, but at 8 minutes it is considered overtime, and we do not permit overtime for travelers. Gogebic is subject to cancel said shifts for any contractor that is 15+ minutes late for their shift at no cost. These measures are at discretion of the client.
