Surgical Tech Location: Newport, VT Specialty: OR Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1526 - $1838 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you an experienced OR professional seeking your next career adventure? Join us at North Country Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital located in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom. We currently have a scrub tech position available for our 4-room OR, with shifts from 7a-3:30p, Monday through Friday, including call duties. As a Surgical Tech, you will play a vital role in our operating room team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and surgical support. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies Maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room Preparing patients for surgery and ensuring their comfort Participating in department quarterly education sessions Taking call as required Requirements for this position include: Proven experience as a Surgical Tech in an OR setting Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to take call and attend education sessions Ready to embark on this incredible opportunity?
