Overview: Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant providing essential patient care during night shifts. This role involves assisting patients with daily activities, observing and reporting any changes in their condition, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked patient environment. Responsibilities: Perform basic patient care tasks, monitor and report abnormal occurrences, maintain supplies for the unit, and assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned. The position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility in work tasks and schedules is essential. Physical Demands: The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and turning patients. Visual and auditory acuity is necessary for patient observation. Exposure to blood and body fluids may occur, requiring adherence to safety protocols. Education and Certifications
Certified Nursing Assistant credential registered with the state registry. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Experience and Skills
Basic knowledge of age-specific patient care considerations. Ability to accept supervision and learn new skills and techniques. Basic computer literacy. Strong guest relations and communication skills.
