A degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field, either at the Associate or Bachelor level. Preferably, completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program. Certifications Required
Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or its equivalent. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred. Skills Needed
Proficient technical skills in sonographic imaging procedures and patient positioning. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
