Responsibilities:
Took care of vitals nuro Checks and Residents that we're fall risk. Provided Palliative care Respiration and blood pressure when ordered with appropriate completed and demonstrated skills competency. Provided proper care and observation of patient’s skin to prevent breakdown tissue over bony prominence. Respectful of patient and family environment and patient’s personal needs. Protected organization's value by keeping patient information confidential Provided activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary;
