Description: Certified Pharmacy Technician is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Days and rotating shifts are required, including weekends. Start times include 6:30 am, 8:00 am, or 10:00 am. Medication System used is Omnicell. Gathers medications to be distributed to departments and Omnicell. Delivers medications and requested items to departments and Omnicell. Prepares IV admixtures and delivers them to med rooms. Gathers medications to be delivered to patient drawers. Maintains patient records. Communicates effectively with healthcare providers and nursing staff. Performs monthly unit inspections as assigned. Performs Home Medication Reconciliations on all admitted patients.
