Lead architectural design and planning for enterprise‑level applications optimized for IIS environments Translate complex business and functional requirements into clear technical designs and specifications Design and oversee the development of scalable, maintainable, and high‑performance .NET applications Evaluate and select appropriate frameworks, tools, and technologies for both front‑end and back‑end development Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural best practices, and code review processes throughout the SDLC Design solutions with a strong emphasis on database efficiency, performance tuning, and optimized data access Ensure all architectures adhere to secure software design principles and enterprise security standards Act as a technical liaison between developers, project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Software Architect or Senior .NET Developer in enterprise environments Strong technical expertise in: ASP.NET MVC (Core, 4, or 5) C# ADO.NET SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery Visual Studio Bootstrap
Hands‑on experience with IIS configuration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting Strong understanding of secure application design and development best practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and supporting enterprise‑scale application architectures Proven ability to improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability Demonstrated success leading and collaborating across cross‑functional teams Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills Ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities and delivery timelines
