Sales Manager
role is not about managing a team—it’s about
managing and maximizing your own personal sales performance . We're looking for someone who can confidently diagnose, educate, and close electrical repair and upgrade opportunities in residential homes. What You’ll Do: Run high-quality, pre-set electrical service and sales leads Present solutions for panel upgrades, rewires, lighting packages, surge protection, and more Build trust and value with homeowners—no high-pressure tactics Manage your own pipeline, follow-up, and performance metrics Help drive revenue while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction What You Bring: Active Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license (required) Proven experience in
in-home sales
