As a Key Holder/Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital leadership role by:

• Managing and Leading Staff on Shift: Oversee daily store operations, provide direction to team members, and ensure smooth workflow during your shift.
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting the perfect products and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Staying Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest in the liquor industry and share your expertise with both customers and the team.
• Ensuring Store Excellence:
• Oversee and maintain product inventory.
• Restock and merchandise products on store shelves to create visually appealing displays.
• Organize and stock day-to-day deliveries.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Supporting E-commerce Operations: Prepare online orders for customer pick-up and delivery.

Requirements

• Must have experience in the liquor store industry
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Must have the ability to demonstrate good verbal communication skills
