We are committed to enhancing lives, sharing resources, and collaborating with local organizations to foster a supportive, vibrant, and inclusive community. RequirementsHigh school graduate or equivalent Successfully completion of an Indiana's Certified Nursing Assistant program and license
6 months or more experience as a CNA Demonstrate skills and ability in working with and understanding the needs of the residents Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, staff members, volunteers, and outside agencies Handle confidential information with professional discretion in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations Desire to work with geriatric population Long-term care experience preferred Willingness to work in a team atmosphere A BIG heart and a BIGGER smile
