Supervising a team of inside sales representatives, the full-time Inside Sales Supervisor will coach employees, monitor daily operations, and ensure alignment with company goals while working onsite in Issaquah, WA. Key responsibilities
Supervise and coach team members to meet job requirements and performance goals Monitor team productivity, service levels, and attendance while addressing any issues that arise Collaborate with Inside Sales Managers to guide departmental direction and implement improvements
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 4-6 years of experience in account management or supervising sales teams Ability to independently determine methods and procedures for team assignments Demonstrated high level of business acumen and team collaboration skills Experience in evaluating and improving sales policies and procedures
