What You'll Do
Perform blood bank testing such as blood typing, Rh, antibody screening, and compatibility testing Conduct chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and serological/micro testing Maintain and troubleshoot analyzers (Chemistry, UA, Hematology, Coag) Complete Daily Quality Control and Maintenance procedures Adhere to universal precautions and safety protocols Collaborate effectively with lab staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members Ensure timely and accurate test results to support patient care
What You Need
Valid MT, MLT, or MLS license/certification Previous blood bank and general laboratory experience Venipuncture skills and knowledge of analyzer operations Dependability, attention to detail, and good communication skills Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate as necessary
