Overview The IT Data & Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing SAP Material Master data, ensuring accurate integration with manufacturing, purchasing, and production planning. The role involves executing data maintenance processes, supporting master data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and business operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize SAP Material Master data across business functions. Execute material processes for data maintenance, including product data cleansing. Perform complex data entry in SAP and other systems with high speed and accuracy. Gather and standardize data from content owners for ERP integration. Apply business data standards, policies, and procedures. Identify and implement Material Master Data governance best practices. Collaborate with Master Data Lead, Stewards, and stakeholders across departments. Assist customers in resolving data-related issues. Originate and improve technical documents and procedures. Make decisions to meet performance objectives and drive continuous improvement. Identify and suggest process improvements. Demonstrate self-reflection and seek feedback for performance enhancement. Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field. 3–5 years of relevant experience with SAP. Basic understanding of SAP GUI Scripting and mass load tools (MM17, LSMW, MMCOPY). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language. Experience working independently with minimal guidance. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. Must be able to work flexible hours. Preferred Qualifications Chemical industry experience. Experience with Power Apps. Experience with master data management concepts. Good working knowledge of manufacturing business operations. Ability to foster interpersonal relationships across diverse teams. Strong analytical judgment and decision-making capability. Consistent performance in meeting programmatic deadlines.
