ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, DATA STRATEGY & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE , Campus Services and Stewardship, to lead the development and execution of a centralized data strategy across a large, complex organization supporting MIT’s built environment; establish enterprise data standards, including common definitions, metrics, and authoritative data sources, and drive their adoption; design and deliver scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support decision-making across finance, operations, and capital planning; partner with Finance, Operations, and Business Systems to translate complex needs into governed data products; represent CSS in Institute-wide data governance and ERP initiatives, influencing system design, data architecture, and reporting frameworks; and serve as a strategic advisor to leadership to advance data-driven decision-making and operational effectiveness.
