Sr Salesforce Developer (Req ID: 10146951) This position is not remote. Candidates must be located in the local area or willing to relocate. Job Summary: Support the Viewer Experience (VX) Salesforce platform through development of system capabilities, product implementation, and delivery of high‑quality solutions that meet user needs. Drive adoption of cutting‑edge Salesforce technologies, enforce best practices, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Responsibilities Build, develop, and implement customer service technology to support DTC, leveraging cloud‑native technology to enable VX self‑service and assisted service. Maintain the technology platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and data quality for >20M monthly help site visits, 50k daily interactions, and 6k internal users. Design and develop high‑quality solutions on the Salesforce platform, showcasing proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, RESTful services, LWC, Aura. Facilitate business requirement discussions with stakeholders, advise on technology trade‑offs, and provide implementation/customization options. Work with internal and external partners to deliver backlog requests and projects in iterative release cycles; champion Salesforce development best practices. Stay abreast of latest Salesforce trends and technologies; prototype emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions. Document technical decisions and maintain comprehensible documentation. Conduct technical reviews, guide technical debt reduction, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience architecting solutions on the Salesforce platform. Minimum 2 years of design and development on MuleSoft. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (computer science, IT, or related). Minimum 6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience. Track record of building high‑quality software and innovative features. Direct experience implementing technology transformation initiatives. Deep expertise with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Flows, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, LWC, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. Experience in Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban), test automation, CI/CD (DevOps). Salesforce Platform Developer I and II or equivalent certifications. Ability to partner cross‑functionally at multiple organizational levels and prioritize based on data trends, business priorities, and legal compliance. Strong communication skills, explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed. Nice to Haves 4+ years of experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform. Working knowledge of Salesforce GenAI tools (Agentforce Agent Builder, Prompt Builder). Additional Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist). DevOps experience with Copado or similar tools. Experience supporting NICE CXOne Platform. Streaming media industry or subscription‑based service experience. Experience with global and remote teams. Compensation The hiring range is $129,000 to $150,000 per year, plus possible bonus or long‑term incentive units, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits relative to the level and position offered.
